This policy explains how BYMD LLC ("bymaximade", "we", "us") handles the information you share with us through bymaximade.com and by email. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer you and work with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect
- Project inquiries: your name, email, Instagram handle or website, what you need, budget range, timeline and your project description.
- Team applications: your name, email, roles, experience, tools, availability, portfolio link, optional Instagram, rate, location and what you write about yourself.
- Emails you send us and our replies.
- Basic technical data sent by your browser when you submit a form, such as your IP address, used only to prevent spam.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry or application and discuss a possible project.
- To check that an inquiry is genuine before replying. This means we look at the public website and public Instagram profile you give us, and at publicly available information about your brand.
- To filter out spam and fake submissions.
- To deliver and manage the work if we collaborate.
Automated processing
When you submit an inquiry, an automated system reviews the details you sent and the public information mentioned above, files the inquiry in our inbox, and may send you a short first email asking about your project. This helps us reply faster. It does not make any decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you, and a person on our team reviews every conversation before any work is agreed.
Services we use
We rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:
- Web3Forms, to deliver form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Workspace (Gmail), for our email.
- Google Gemini, to summarize inquiries and draft our first reply.
- Apify, to read public Instagram profile information.
- n8n, which runs our inquiry automation.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Google user data
Our automation connects only to our own business Gmail account (contact@bymaximade.com) to read form notifications, label conversations and send replies. It does not access any visitor's Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries, applications and related emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the collaboration and any period required for accounting or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Just email contact@bymaximade.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and restricted access to keep your information safe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Children
Our services are for businesses and creators, not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
